Ribbon Interface
No more figuring out what icons mean.  The new ribbon interface Duoserve TimeFlow® utilizes offers the best of both worlds: the menu and the toolbar used in existing applications. Supertips for each button provide a short summary of the functionality.

We've worked hard to make sure that your migration from Duoserve Punch Clock 2005 to the new, completely redesigned Duoserve TimeFlow® is seamless.  The one-click upgrade will allow you to use Duoserve Punch Clock 2005 alongside Duoserve TimeFlow™. 

Use the intuitive 4-step upgrade path: Install, Migrate, Test, and Go Live. 

1. 'Install' Duoserve TimeFlow® clients and server components alongside Duoserve Punch Clock 2005 clients and servers.
2. 'Migrate' by using the one click upgrade to move data from Duoserve Punch Clock 2005 -> TimeFlow® (Does not affect the 2005 information).
3. 'Test' to make sure your users are acquainted with the new setup.
4. 'Go Live' by repeating the migrate step one more time to obtain the latest information.

Spending too much time editing your employees' missed checkouts? Duoserve TimeFlow® has the latest features in user interface technology. The new grid view shows more information to fully capture your screen size allowing you to see more timesheet entries and get them done faster. 

Automatic Pay Period Selection
We have added the most requested feature in the Duoserve Punch Clock 2005. You no longer have to trace back your pay periods manually and determine when the last one began or ended.  Duoserve TimeFlow® will automatically calculate up to 4 pay periods in the past, based on your pay day.

Automatic Off Day Tracking and Accruals
Are you finding it difficult to keep track of how many days your employees have taken off for sick leave? TimeFlow® makes this daunting task very simple.  Holiday, vacation, and sick leave days are calculated automatically.

Manual Off Day Accruals Modification
Duoserve TimeFlow® was designed to accrue off days automatically at the 'employee type' level, but administrators do have the flexibility to modify employees' vacation, sick leave and holiday accruals manually.  Accrued days can be added or subracted on an individual basis in the employee form. 

Punctuality Reports
We all hate to look at this report, but since so many of you requested it, we have added it.  The punctuality report displays employee shift hours and the total time they have come in late or left early.

Backup your Data from Any Computer
Secure your information regularly by backing up employee and timesheet data from any client machine.  Backups can be triggered by clients that are on the local area network or clients that are connecting through the Internet. You can restore the backup database onto an existing server or a new one within seconds.

Import Data - No Technical Knowledge Required
Intuitively import your data into the Duoserve TimeFlow® Server from the most popular file formats such as .txt, .csv, and .tab which most common programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Access can export to.  Our 'perform test pass' is one of the unique features of our import which will verify consistency before actually inserting your records into the database.  This will eliminate the need to do multiple imports.

Custom Data Import
For more complex imports, the built-in 'expression builder' module supports C# scripting to perform manipulations on import fields such as performing calculations, combining two fields in a specific format (e.g. John Doe into jdoe), or other custom combinations.

Departments
Payroll and punctuality reports can be printed out based on individual departments.

Improved Search Capability Throughout
Incremental search allows quick searching for specific records based on multiple columns.
