3D Carousel View
With the ever-growing need to view your busy schedules in a simple, quick, and easily-navigatable mode, we have added the carousel card view.  Appointment schedules can now be viewed individually by simply scrolling between them with your mouse.


 

Time Line View

Never retype a repetitive appointment again!
Are most of the appointments you schedule repetitive and you do not feel like retyping the same information over and over again?  We have added a 'drag and drop templated appointments' feature that allows users to add common appointments rapidly.  Simply create your predefined appointments by setting the time span, subject, description, label, and status, and drag them onto your calendar. You will never have to retype the same appointment twice!

Customizable Labels and Statuses
Based on numerous feedback we received from our customers, we have added the ability for you to set custom labels and statuses, and define their colors based on your preference.


Quick View
Our 'Quick View' allows users to see appointments in a tree view that can also be sub filtered to show common sets of appointments such as clients in Waiting Room or appointments that are Confirmed.

Enhanced Reporting and Many More Reports
Our enhanced reporting will give you the maximum capabilities to view and print your schedules.  Summary and detail reports allow you to see the desired information grouped by clients, resources, or with no grouping.  Some of the added reports include client detail report and client birthday list. Reports were added based on huge user feedback so we tried our best to gear them towards direct customer requests for features and design.


Import from or Synchronize Data to Microsoft Outlook
Insert data that is already in Microsoft Outlook straight into the application within a few clicks.  You can also synchronize with Outlook - perform a one way synchronization with Microsoft Outlook allowing for exact mirror of your schedules in Outlook. This will enable synchronizing with Palms, Blackberries, IPhones, or any phone that synchronizes with Outlook.


 

Context-Sensitive Menus
We have incorporated the newest technologies into making your daily tasks simpler and quicker.  Context sensitive menus provide quick access to a subset of functionalities that are particularly relevant to the window area clicked on, bypassing the need to find options in menus pertinent to the area worked.  In the example below, a user clicked on the 'Quick View' region, and the green menu popped up on the top, only relating to the 'Quick View'.  Once the focus is taken off 'Quick View', the green menu will disappear.


Reduce over or under scheduling
Resource utilization analysis will allow you to view aggregate "schedules per resource" information in the form of a pivot grid or chart view. Variable time frames and parameters will give you the ability to visualize your resource utilization in seconds and determine how much or how little a resource is being utilized.


Ribbon Interface
No more figuring out what icons mean.  The new ribbon interface Duoserve ScheduFlow™ utilizes offers the best of both worlds: the menu and the toolbar used in existing applications. Super tips for each button provide a short summary of the functionality.

Accessible Through the Internet!
Do some of your employees work from home or do you wish to view and print your schedules and reports from a remote location? The Duoserve ScheduFlow™ Server can run at the main location while your employees view, add, or edit their schedules from multiple locations, as long as they have Internet connectivity. Simple setup will get you started in no time.

Internationalized - Works in all Countries
Duoserve ScheduFlow™ is now compatible with countries outside of the United States that follow different date/time formats.  Reports within the application display all dates in their appropriate formats according to the date/time settings of the computer.

100% Backward Compatible
We've worked hard to make sure that your migration from Duoserve Appointment Scheduler 2006 to the new, completely redesigned Duoserve ScheduFlow™ is seamless.  The one-click upgrade will allow you to use Duoserve Appointment Scheduler 2006 alongside Duoserve ScheduFlow™. 

Use the intuitive 4-step upgrade path: Install, Migrate, Test, and Go Live. 

  1. 'Install' Duoserve ScheduFlow™ clients and server components alongside Duoserve Appointment Scheduler 2006 clients and servers.
  2. 'Migrate' by using the one click upgrade to move data from 2006 -> ScheduFlow (Does not affect the 2006 information).
  3. 'Test' to make sure your users are acquainted with the new setup.
  4. 'Go Live' by repeating the migrate step one more time to obtain the latest information.


 

 

Import Data - No Technical Knowledge Required
Intuitively import your data into the Duoserve ScheduFlow™ Server from the most popular file formats such as .txt, .csv, and .tab which most common programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Access can export to.  Our 'perform test pass' is one of the unique features of our import which will verify consistency before actually inserting your records into the database.  This will eliminate the need to do multiple imports.


Custom Data Import

For more complex imports, the built-in 'expression builder' module supports C# scripting to perform manipulations on import fields such as combining two fields in a specific format (e.g. John Doe into jdoe), or other custom combinations.


 

Improved Search Capability Throughout
Incremental search allows quick searching for specific records based on multiple columns.
 

Robustness
We have added a better data engine while keeping the same reliability in report generation as Duoserve Appointment Scheduler 2006. The connectivity window has been simplified even more to improve user experience.
