Paid Phone Support If you have purchased one of our software packages and chose not to purchase the technical support plan initially, you can purchase technical or usage questions support on a per hour basis at a rate of $50 per hour. This will give you access to one of our representatives who will assist you over the phone for one hour. Each purchased hour of support is limited to 5 total support phone calls.
