Schedule multiple resources

Add, modify, view, and print schedules for multiple people, places, or things (e.g. Dr. Smith, truck 4, Room #25).  Schedules can be viewed in the following ways:

• Daily view
• 5 day work-week view
• 7 day weekly view
• Monthly view
• Time Line/Gantt Chart view
• Carousel view

Type on the calendar of the person/resource administering the appointment and your schedule is created! Right click on the appointment to color code it. It's that simple.

Share schedules without sharing files. ScheduFlow puts all users in sync as soon as information is entered or modified.

With the ever-growing need to view your busy schedules in a simple, quick, and easy-to-navigate mode, we have added the carousel card view.  Our appointment scheduling software now allows you to view your schedules individually by simply scrolling between them with your mouse.

Set one-time and recurring appointments

ScheduFlow allows you to set one-time or recurring appointments.  The following recurrence patterns are supported:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly
• Custom

Expiration of recurrences can be limited by date, number of occurrences, or can run indefinitely.

Adjustable time scales

Depending on your needs, ScheduFlow appointment software allows you to view your calendar in the following time slots:

• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes
• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 60 minutes

Adjustable reminders

Let ScheduFlow remind you of an upcoming appointment, so you can focus on more important tasks - like brainstorming for the actual event.

Set reminders for your important appointments in varying intervals.  You can set a reminder to pop up at the exact time of your appointments or as early as two weeks prior to the appointments.

3D charts of resource utilization

ScheduFlow uses the most modern technology to bring the graphical aspect of your data into visual perspective.  Quickly analyze how appointments are allocated per resource by previewing or printing the 3D reports. ScheduFlow calendar software is the first appointment scheduling software to use 3D graphics to assist in managing and visualizing your schedules.

Reusable appointment templates

ScheduFlow software will ease your scheduling and save you time by allowing you to create appointment templates for your most common appointments. Simply set the following data for frequently used services/appointments:

• Appointment display name
• Appointment subject
• Duration of the appointment (e.g. 60 min)

Drag and drop the appointment templates onto the calendar. You're done!

Customize labels and statuses

Although we have tried to include the most common labels and statuses by default to reduce your work load, we understand the need for customization.  ScheduFlow allows you to:

• Add custom labels (e.g. Need to call back)
• Add custom statuses (e.g. On Vacation)
