How many licenses do I need to purchase? All Versions of Appointment Scheduler 2006™ support unlimited amount of employees. The licenses apply to the number of computers that will be used to access each Appointment Scheduler 2006™ Server. For example, if you are installing the client software on three computers on your network that will all be connecting to one server, you need to purchase 3 CALs (three client access licenses for that server). If you have two offices, for example, but want to install Appointment Scheduler 2006™ on 5 computers in one location and on 3 computers in the other location, you will need to purchase 5 CALs for the first location and 3 CALs for the second location.
